The month supply of inventory has tightened from 77 to just 71 months, indicating a fiercely competitive market. On average, homes are now selling in as little as 15 days, a noticeable increase in speed compared to the previous month.

In terms of pricing, Irvine has seen remarkable growth. The median sold price in January skyrocketed to $1,470,000, showcasing the high desirability of living in our beautiful city.
